Nope. You can move workouts to any day that suits you and you’ll have a 24-hour window to submit your weekly check-in. Any group calls are always recorded.

Many clients choose to stay on for 6-12 months or longer, because they love the ongoing support, structure and accountability as their goals evolve. That said, coaching is flexible and we’ll always review things together to make sure it continues to feel right for you.
