Georgia is a very knowledgable coach and has a really great view on life and how to navigate a fat loss journey in a way that fits your schedule and ambition level. I am enjoying her coaching and she has a very cool app for keeping track of progress etc and it is especially handy for workouts - the best I have seen. I started working with Georgia because I was not prioritising my health and diet in between being a mum of three and working in a full time corporate job. I wanted to find an achievable plan which worked about a hectic schedule but also have an accountability structure that made me prioritise time for myself.
I have become more balanced in prioritising and planning time and making sensible choices with my diet thanks to the amazing support from Georgia. Georgia created the plan and structure for me to make time for fitness and nutrition around what I believed to be an already full schedule! Iāve been able to lose weight, improve fitness including strength and 4 minutes off my 5k time in 16 weeks. However the biggest gain has been mentally feeling more positive and in control of my health and well-being.
Georgia creates the right balance in her plans, curating the content to your individual needs and preferences. With a busy lifestyle Georgia did not intrude on my daily progress but weekly check ins and ad hoc messages were enough to know she was there. I had already started strength training for about a year previously and was seeing some results and weight loss but I was struggling to get below the weight I was stuck on for a few months. I didnāt know how to level up my training and work different areas to achieve results. I started working with Georgia as I struggled to have any consistency or routine and felt I needed support to hold me accountable.
Her coaching has helped to keep me accountable and exercising regularly, it has also taught me so much about diet and nutrition and I now feel really equipped to make good decisions around food. In terms of achievements, apart from feeling generally fitter and stronger and not suffering from as much back pain, I lost nearly 6kg in the 6 months before my wedding which was amazing and I also improved my 5k time by 6 mins.
