WHO AM I?

 

I’m a British Personal Trainer providing high-end PT services across Brooklyn and Manhattan. With over six years of coaching experience and more than 300 client success stories, I specialise in sustainable fat loss, strength training, and body confidence, helping busy professionals achieve exceptional results without sacrificing their social life, career, or enjoyment of food.

As a huge foodie myself, my coaching focuses on creating results that fit around real life, rather than relying on restrictive or unrealistic dieting - yep, that means a healthy dose of pizza and wine is encouraged from time to time. My aim is to help you break free from the yo-yo mentality and make fitness feel like a seamless and enjoyable part of your lifestyle, rather than a chore.

In-person sessions are available at your home gym or within a select number of private gyms across the city. These sessions involve a supportive, motivating, and judgement-free environment where clients feel confident to push themselves and build meaningful change - while having a laugh in the process!

In addition to these sessions, clients receive a bespoke workout plan, tailored nutrition guidance, full access to my app featuring 150+ foodie-friendly recipes, messaging support, and regular accountability check-ins to ensure progress continues between sessions.

I offer personal training across Brooklyn and Manhattan, working with clients in private gyms, residential apartment gyms or at home where suitable.

Most of my clients are busy professionals based in NYC who want structured, results-focused training without it taking over their entire life. If you're unsure whether I cover your area, just get in touch and I’ll let you know.

I don’t sell random sessions. I coach transformations. Most personal trainers focus only on what happens in the 60 minutes you’re with them. My approach combines a full workout plan, nutrition guidance, habit coaching and support across the week - so that results actually last.

I work with clients on a package basis rather than one-off sessions, where you get access to personalised training sessions alongside nutrition support and a structured workout programme.

This means you’re not just relying on the hour we spend together - you know exactly what to do between sessions, how to fuel your training, and how to stay consistent when motivation dips.

The result is feeling more confident, stronger, and in control of your routine, without overthinking food or workouts, and without constantly starting again.

Absolutely! Nutrition is a huge part of achieving fat loss and body composition goals.

Clients receive personalised calorie and protein targets, education around flexible dieting and access to a large foodie-friendly recipe library inside my coaching app.

Rather than strict meal plans, the focus is helping clients learn how to eat in a way that supports results while still enjoying food, social occasions and life in NYC.

Absolutely. Many clients start with little or no strength training experience.

Sessions focus heavily on building confidence, improving technique and gradually progressing training intensity safely. The programme is fully personalised, so beginners and experienced gym-goers can both benefit.

No - you don’t need your own gym membership to work with me.

I have access to several private personal training gyms across Brooklyn and Manhattan where sessions can take place. These spaces are typically quieter, less intimidating and better suited to structured strength training compared to busy commercial gyms.

If you do have access to a residential or apartment gym, I’m also happy to train you there if it has suitable equipment.

Before starting, we’ll simply discuss which location works best based on your goals, schedule and location within NYC.
