In-person sessions are available at your home gym or within a select number of private gyms across the city. These sessions involve a supportive, motivating, and judgement-free environment where clients feel confident to push themselves and build meaningful change - while having a laugh in the process!
In addition to these sessions, clients receive a bespoke workout plan, tailored nutrition guidance, full access to my app featuring 150+ foodie-friendly recipes, messaging support, and regular accountability check-ins to ensure progress continues between sessions.

Absolutely. Many clients start with little or no strength training experience.
Sessions focus heavily on building confidence, improving technique and gradually progressing training intensity safely. The programme is fully personalised, so beginners and experienced gym-goers can both benefit.
No - you don’t need your own gym membership to work with me.
I have access to several private personal training gyms across Brooklyn and Manhattan where sessions can take place. These spaces are typically quieter, less intimidating and better suited to structured strength training compared to busy commercial gyms.
If you do have access to a residential or apartment gym, I’m also happy to train you there if it has suitable equipment.
