Early bird access to the 6-week RISE challenge is £139. The standard price for the full 6 weeks of coaching is £159.
Most people complete 2-4 training sessions per week, choosing between 30-minute or 60-minute workouts, which can be done at home or in the gym. Everything is planned for you in the app, so you can simply follow the plan without overthinking it.
Nutrition is tracked using MyFitnessPal or a simple food journal, alongside flexible targets that fit around real life. You’ll also have access to 100+ foodie-friendly recipes, which you can use as much or as little as you like to help you hit your targets without feeling restricted.
You’ll have weekly check-ins, ongoing coach support, and access to our private WhatsApp community, where Ollie and I are in every day for motivation, accountability, and questions. We also run regular live Q&A calls, which you can join live or catch up on in your own time.

Everything is delivered through the Fat Loss for Foodies app – workouts, nutrition targets, recipes, habits, check-ins, community and all coach support in one place.
Not at all. You can train at home, in the gym or a mix of both. Plans are built around the equipment you have. If training at home, dumbbells and short resistance bands work brilliantly.
Nope. You can move workouts to any day that suits you and you’ll have a 24-hour window to submit your weekly check-in. Any group calls are always recorded.
